Year-end celebration 2023

We came up with something very special for DONAT IT’s end-of-year party this time and visited the Tollwood Winter Festival in Munich with almost all of our colleagues from Ingolstadt and Garching.

On Friday, November 24, we took the bus from our headquarters in Ingolstadt to Theresienwiese. Ingolstadt and Garching residents met on site and took their seats in the heated mirrored tent. There we toasted the successful year together with a welcome drink.

Impressive show and delicious food

During the breaks in the delicious three-course meal, the artists delighted us with the fantastic circus cabaret show “Limbo Unhinged”. The show consisted of parts of circus, cabaret, dance, burlesque, sword swallowing and much more. The show was accompanied by live music and exciting costumes for the artists. The australian company Strut & Fret presented the crazy show under the direction of Scott Maidment.

The culinary delights on the menu left nothing to be desired. From a pumpkin trio to a buffalo stew and a chocolate dream for dessert, there was something for everyone. The organizers of Tollwood attach great importance to fair trade and ecology. For example, the festival catering has been awarded organic certification.

We were thrilled and impressed by the ambience in the Spiegelzelt, the talented artists and the excellent food. The first snowflakes also fell on this special evening to coincide with the end-of-year celebrations. Before the trip back to Ingolstadt, everyone had the opportunity to explore the grounds and the works of art at the Tollwood Festival on their own and to browse the stalls. In addition to food stalls, there were also numerous stalls from artisans and traders.

Thanks to all our colleagues who were there and celebrated the end of the year with us. We are already looking forward to the next party!
