Donat IT moves to new location in Ingolstadt

Modern, bright and technically well-equipped

Since 4 March 2025, the headquarters of Donat IT has had its new location in the north of Ingolstadt. The modern offices fulfil the highest standards of growth, sustainability and New Work.

After an intensive planning and organisation phase, Donat IT’s move at the beginning of March went smoothly. The employees of the Ingolstadt-based software company have now moved into their new offices at Friedrichshofener Str. 16. One of the advantages of the new location is its proximity to customers from the automotive industry.

The new office building impresses with its light-flooded rooms and state-of-the-art equipment. Everything is state-of-the-art in terms of technology: the offices are equipped with stable, securely demarcated WLAN connections and flat screens are available for presentations in the meeting rooms.

The spacious, bright offices offer space for the various project teams and promote a lively, uncomplicated exchange of ideas. This improves collaboration within the teams and increases efficiency. The ‘New Work’ principle has also been implemented here: there are shared desk options that allow employees to decide flexibly when, where and how they want to work – provided, of course, that prior agreements are made within the teams.

Sustainability and work-life balance

Donat IT is also pursuing the goal of working as paperless as possible. Printed documents are only used in exceptional cases, and the employee magazine has also been available exclusively in digital form for some time now. In this way, the company actively contributes to environmental protection while saving resources and costs.

In addition to the office, training and meeting rooms, the new Donat IT headquarters also offers two balconies, a modern kitchen and a cosy break room. An extra room with table tennis and table football provides a welcome change of pace and encourages employees to have fun and relax during their breaks. There are numerous options for a relaxed lunch break in the surrounding area, including several restaurants and supermarkets. A short walk in the fresh air is just as easy on the leafy paths behind the building. Free underground parking spaces are available for employees, so finding a parking space in the morning is no problem.

Overall, the new Donat IT site offers a modern, flexible and sustainable workspace that meets the needs of both employees and customers.
